This property is currently under construction and will be available for rent after May 1, 2008.  It is approximately 10 miles northeast of the town of Paia on the Island of Maui. Twenty coconut palms trees have been planted, along with a mandarin orange, papaya, leechee, and pomegranate fruit trees. Surrounded by forever wild tropical vegetation, this property has the highest elevation in the area and faces north for morning sunrises with a 180 degree ocean view.

The cottage is fully furnished with a king and queen bed, full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, pots and pans and dishes, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer for your clothes. It has a convenient four stool kitchen dining area, and comfortable living room sofa arrangement with a flat screen TV. You can sun yourself on the extended deck, go for short scenic walks to the ocean, or swim in Doggie Pond.

To appreciate the ultimate beauty of your surrounding take the scenic Hana Highway to the town of Hana and see over 200 waterfalls along the way. Pull over for a smoothie with tropical fruits from a local roadside fruit stand, and pick some avocados up for your return home.
