The Elms Waterfront Cottages is a family owned and operated boutique resort. It has been a favorite vacation spots for families and couples for over 60 years. The Elms is open from early May until the middle of October. All accommodations are very comfortably furnished and are located directly along the water’s edge. Each facility has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, one or two bedrooms with a queen bed, shower, cable TV, electric heat, screened in porches or a deck, picnic tables with campfire areas. All rentals include bed linens, blankets and pillows. Rates include the use of all recreational facilities: a private sandy beach, row boats (the fishing is great), paddle boats, kayaks, swimming raft, game room, children’s play area with basketball and lawn games. Restaurants, convenient stores, shopping, tennis, golf, hiking, horseback riding and white water rafting are all nearby.

A perfect location…quiet and relaxing, on the water, and midway between the excitement of Lake George with all-day fun-parks and the elegance of Saratoga Springs with her fine dining, renowned horse races and upscale shops. You’ll enjoy warm, sunny, lazy days by the water…the smell of crisp clean air …and majestic mountain sunsets.

Sacanadaga Lodge

The Sacandaga Lodge: On the decks you can look out over the docks to the water, the mountains and the sunsets for some of the best views on the property. The Lodge has three suites each with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate entrance, deck and air conditioning.  Suite #1 has a queen, two singles, a futon and a couch. Suite #2 has a queen, two singles and a futon. Suite #3 has a queen, and three singles. 1 & 2 Bedroom Waterfront Cottages

The Waterfront Cottages: Ten cottages are located along a bluff at the water’s edge; five of which are one bedroom cottages and five are two bedroom cottages. Prominently named after our distinguished guests who have spend many summers at The Elms, each cottage has a uniqueness and picturesque view of Tiosaronda Bay where the fish jump, the ducks play, the party boats Cruise and the mountain sunsets are enjoyed.  Click for the Rates             View Cottage Pictures

Bay Harbor Suites

The Bay Harbor Suites: Three suites are located in the main house and consist of a one bedroom on the first floor, a two bedroom on the second floor and a deluxe split-level three bedroom with a sun room and wrap around deck.  Suite A has a queen bed, Suite B has a queen, futon and single in an adjacent room, and Suite C has two queens and two futon doubles upstairs and a futon downstairs. Adirondack Beach House

The Adirondack Beach House: The Beach House is conveniently located near the beach and children’s play area.  Formerly used as a church by the Albany Diocese it now offers two cottages with three bedrooms one of which is in a remodeled knotty pine loft. Some of the old mahogany stained church rafters have been preserved with a beam prominently displayed in the open ceiling. Beach House #12 has three queen beds with a couch and Beach House #11 has three queens, a single and a futon double.
